Matt and Marla bios

Matt Baggett

Matt became a Nashville realtor in 2003. Prior to that he was a third generation homebuilder and developer in Middle Tennessee. He worked on a sales team for many of the initial condo and loft developmnets in Midtown, Germantown, Downtown and The Gulch. For fun Matt loves spending time with his family, wife and business partner, Marla, and three children. He loves being outdoors and is passionate about conservation and nature. He loves history and is an avid reader. He has a good eye for art and is an expert at choosing marketing images. These experiences, passions and knowledge are all useful in helping our clients navigate the Nashville and Middle Tennessee real estate market.

Marla Baggett

Marla started her real estate career working for a developer in Brentwood, TN in 2005. She earned her real estate license in 2007, became a full-time Affiliate Broker in 2012, and a Broker in 2020. She has experience in property management of single family homes and larger developments. For fun Marla loves time with her husband and business partner, Matt, and their wonderful children. She loves outdoor activities and gets really excited about home design. Marla is very tech savvy, excels in creative marketing and is an expert at home pricing. Our collaborative approach gives our clients the attention and brain power of two experienced and fun real estate professionals!
