I just learned that RealTracs (read: Nashville and much of TN’s multiple listing service) has an app for iPhone and Android and its FREE! I loaded it onto my Android and hit the “Homes near Me” function and saw lots of houses in my neighborhood. Actually it looks like the App gives more detailed information than Realtracs.com.

This is going to be very handy when you see a random house or piece of property for sale. Just click on the “homes near me” and you can see all about it.
