Why did I join KW three years ago? I knew from the first time I read the “Millionaire Real Estate Agent” that I held in my hand the best outline for having a successful real estate business I had ever read. KW is growing by leaps and bounds not by marketing and putting ads on TV or in the Realtor magazine–but by consistently innovating and leading the way into real estate’s future. It grows because affiliate brokers recognize the value the company offers us in our quest to becoming the “local economy expert of choice” for our clients and communities we serve.
The video above features just the latest innovation we have at our disposal. eEdge gives us the power to organize and keep in touch with web inquiries, create relationships with these folks, help them meet their goals, then once a transaction has begun to give us a paperless place on the web to eSign documents and have access for title companies, fellow agents, and even the other party to the transaction. We can also effortlessly keep in touch with our past clients by setting up systems to stay in contact with them always in the future.
The more training on this new system I receive–the more excited I get when I consider the possibilities to do certain tasks so much easier and efficiently than I’ve done in the past–so that I can concentrate on my most productive activities…face time with my clients and helping them meet their goals.
